Discipline-wise breakup

Eligibility Criteria
Nationality and Domicile
- The applicant must be an Indian citizen as defined in Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India.
- The candidate must be a permanent resident of Assam.
- Proof of residency must be provided through either:
- A Permanent Resident Certificate of Assam, or
- Employment Exchange Registration Certificate in Assam.
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering from an institute recognized by the AICTE.
- Alternatively, candidates who have completed Part A & B of AMIE in Civil/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering and were enrolled on or before 31st May 2013 are also eligible.
- All candidates must upload mark sheets and certificates of all semesters/years to prove their educational qualifications.
Age Limit
- Candidates should be between 21 years and 38 years of age as on 1st January 2025.
Age Relaxations:
- SC/ST candidates: 5 years (up to 43 years).
- OBC/MOBC candidates: 3 years (up to 41 years).
- Ex-servicemen: Up to 50 years (further relaxable by 3 years for OBC/MOBC and 5 years for SC/ST).
- Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD): 10 years for all categories.

Reservation for PwBD
