Applicant must be:
- A citizen of India, or
- A subject of Nepal or Bhutan, or
- A Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1st January 1962, or
- A person of Indian origin who migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, or Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
Candidates falling under categories (2–4) need a certificate of eligibility from the Government of India.
Educational Qualification & Work Experience
Examples (role-wise):
- Manager (IS Audit)
- Age: 25 – 35 years
- Qualification: MCA/ MSc (Computer Science)/ BE/B.Tech in IT, CS, Electronics, Cyber Security.
- Certification: Mandatory – CISA / CISSP / ISO 27001:LA / OSCP. Preferred – CEH, Cloud Security.
- Experience: 2–3 years (at least 1 year in IS Audit/Cyber Security Audit in Banking/BFSI).
- Manager (Civil)
- Age: 25 – 35 years
- Qualification: Full-time BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 3 years in construction/maintenance of multistoried buildings, project planning, cost estimates, and infrastructure.
- Manager (Treasury)
- Age: 25 – 35 years
- Qualification: Any degree. Preference to MBA/CA/CFA/CMT with certification in Treasury Management, Trade Finance.
- Experience: 2 years in Foreign/Domestic Dealing Room operations or Trade Finance.
- Manager (Corporate Credit)
- Age: 25 – 35 years
- Qualification: Bachelor’s + MBA (Finance)/CA/CFA/PGDBM/MMS(Finance)/FRM.
- Experience: 3 years in Banks/Financial Institutions with at least 2 years in Credit Assessment.
- Manager – IT
- Age: 25 – 35 years
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in CS, IT, Electronics, AI, Cyber Security, Data Science, or MCA/MSc (CS/IT).
- Experience: 3+ years in IT domains like Core Banking, Digital Banking, Finacle customization, Software Development, Cloud Tech, Data Center, Cyber Security, Network Admin, Testing, Procurement, etc.
- Senior Manager (Corporate Credit/IS Audit/IT etc.)
- Age: 30 – 40 years
- Qualification & Experience: Similar to Manager posts but with higher experience requirements (4–6 years or 5+ years depending on the role).

Pay Scale
- MMGS II: ₹64,820 – 93,960
- MMGS III: ₹85,920 – 1,05,280

Probation
