Eligibility Criteria
1. Assistant Manager (Civil) – E-3 Grade
- Educational Qualification: Full-time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Engineering) in Civil Engineering from a recognized university or institute with a minimum of 60% marks.
- Post Qualification Experience: 4 years in Executive/Officer cadre, with at least 3 years in the immediate lower grade (IDA/CDA).
- IDA: ₹50,000-3%-1,80,000
- Private Sector / Contractual Employees: Minimum gross emolument of ₹55,000 per month.
- Nature of Experience: Relevant experience in construction, erection & commissioning, O&M, contract management, project monitoring, design & engineering, corporate planning, township maintenance, power trading, risk assessment, project safety, project services in minimum 100 MW Hydro / 250 MW Thermal / 50 MW Solar / 50 MW Wind power projects or large infrastructure companies (paid-up capital ≥ ₹20 crore, turnover ≥ ₹200 crore).
- Upper Age Limit: 35 years as of 01.07.2025
2. Assistant Manager (Electrical) – E-3 Grade
- Educational Qualification: Full-time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Engineering) in Electrical, Electrical (Power), Electrical & Electronics, Power Systems & High Voltage, Power Engineering, Electronics & Instrumentation, Instrumentation & Control, or relevant disciplines with minimum 60% marks.
- Post Qualification Experience: Same as Civil; 4 years in Executive/Officer cadre, 3 years in immediate lower grade.
- Nature of Experience: Same functional areas as Civil.
- Upper Age Limit: 35 years as of 01.07.2025
3. Assistant Manager (Mechanical) – E-3 Grade
- Educational Qualification: Full-time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Engineering) in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Mechanical & Automation, Production & Industrial Engineering. Minimum 60% marks required.
- Post Qualification Experience: 4 years in Executive/Officer cadre, with at least 3 years in immediate lower grade.
- Nature of Experience: Same functional areas as Civil and Electrical.
- Upper Age Limit: 35 years as of 01.07.2025
4. Senior Medical Officer – E-3 Grade
- Educational Qualification: MBBS from a recognized Medical Council of India (MCI) institute, with registration in MCI.
- Post Qualification Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant medical services in government PSUs or private hospitals/dispensaries. Internship is not counted as experience.
- Upper Age Limit: 37 years as of 01.07.2025
Pay Scale and Benefits
All posts are in E-3 Grade, with the pay scale of IDA ₹50,000-3%-1,80,000, along with other allowances and benefits.
