Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for APPSC Junior Engineer posts, candidates must fulfill the following requirements:
1. Educational Qualification
- Diploma (3 years) / Bachelor’s Degree / B.Tech in the relevant engineering branch from a recognized university/institute.
Branch-wise requirements:
- Civil Engineering (PWD, RWD, UD&H, PHED, WRD, HPD)
- Agricultural Engineering (for WRD – JE Civil)
- Electrical Engineering (PHED & HPD)

- Maximum: 35 years as on 10 October 2025.

- One Time Registration (OTR)
- Candidates must register on the APPSC portal.
- Those already registered need not register again – they can directly login.

- Login with OTR credentials and fill in personal, educational, and communication details.
- Select the preferred department (once chosen, cannot be changed).
