Post-Wise Eligibility Criteria
Below is a detailed overview of each position, along with qualifications, experience, and skill requirements.
1. Assistant Manager (Civil)
- Vacancies: 02
- Grade/Pay Scale: E-1 (₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000)
- Upper Age Limit: 30 years
- Qualification: Full-time Degree in Civil Engineering (minimum 60% marks) from a Government-recognized university/institute.
- Experience:
- 04 years in PMC/EPC/healthcare infrastructure/hospital buildings.
- At least 2 years in one grade lower (E-0, ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000) in PSU/Govt OR earning at least ₹9 LPA for 2 years in the private sector.
- Key Skills:
- Execution & supervision of civil construction projects (earthwork, piling, RCC, hospital structures).
- Experience in contracts, project closure, ISO/QMS, and HSE.
- Design and coordination experience preferred.
- Healthcare infrastructure experience will carry extra weightage.
2. Assistant Manager (Electrical)

- Age Limit: 30 years
- Qualification: Full-time Degree in Electrical Engineering (60% minimum).
- Experience: 04 years (including 2 years at one grade lower in PSU/Govt OR ₹9 LPA in private sector).
- Skills:
- Design, erection & commissioning of HT/LT systems, transformers, motors, PLC panels, fire alarm, HVAC, CCTV, BMS systems.
- Preparation of BOQ, tenders, vendor documents, contract handling, QA/QC plans.
- Post-construction experience including DLP and O&M.
3. Assistant Manager (Bio-Medical)

- Qualification: Full-time Degree in Bio-Medical Engineering (60%).
- Experience: 04 years, with at least 2 years at a lower grade (E-0) or ₹9 LPA CTC.
- Skills:

- Preference for PSU/Govt experience, especially with GeM.
- Experience in healthcare infrastructure projects preferred.
