Note: The Cost to Company (CTC) includes Basic Pay, DA, HRA, Perks, and Allowances. Performance-related pay, EPF, Gratuity, and Superannuation benefits are separate and not included in the CTC calculation. HRA is calculated at 27% for X-class cities and will be lower for Y- and Z-class cities.
Eligibility Criteria
1. Assistant Manager (Metallurgy)
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Metallurgy or Material Science Engineering with minimum 60% marks.
- Experience: At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in the steel or metallurgical process industry.
2. Assistant Manager (Mechanical)
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering with minimum 60% marks.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in mechanical maintenance activities in steel/metallurgical industries.
3. Assistant Manager (Electrical)
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Instrumentation, or Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering with at least 60% marks.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in electrical maintenance in steel/metallurgical industries.
4. Assistant Manager (Refractory Maintenance)
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Ceramic Engineering with minimum 60% marks.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in refractory maintenance in a steel or manufacturing plant.
5. Assistant Manager (IT – Network Administrator)
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or Electronics & Communication Engineering with 60% marks.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in network administration. CCNA Certification is mandatory.
6. Assistant Manager (Materials Management)
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech and MBA (preferably in Materials Management) or PG Diploma in Materials Management. A Degree in Law is desirable.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in materials management. Experience in ERP systems will be preferred.
Relaxation: SC & ST candidates applying for Assistant Manager (Metallurgy & Mechanical) posts will get 10% relaxation in eligibility marks. SC candidates applying for Materials Management will also get 10% relaxation in marks.
Age Limit
- Upper age limit for UR candidates: 30 years as of 10 Sep 2025.
- Age relaxation is applicable as per Government of India rules for reserved categories.

Selection Process
The selection process will be conducted in two stages:
- Initial Screening of Applications: Candidates will be shortlisted based on the eligibility criteria.
