Application Fees
The application or processing fee varies based on the group and applicant category:
- Group A (Posts 1 to 7): ₹1200
- Group B & C (Posts 8 & 9): ₹600
- Exemptions: Women, SC, ST, and PwD candidates are exempted from paying the fee.
- Payment Mode: Online only. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Eligibility Criteria
1. Nationality:

3. Educational Qualifications and Experience:
Group A:
- Deputy Registrar: Master’s degree with at least 55% marks; 5 years administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or equivalent.
- Senior Technical Officer: M.E/M.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics & Communication Engineering or related streams with 5 years experience; or B.E/B.Tech/M.Sc with 8 years experience at equivalent technical officer level.
- Executive Engineer (Electrical, Deputation): B.E/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with 8 years relevant experience.
- HVAC Officer: B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 15 years experience managing large-scale AC/Chiller plants, Building Management Systems.
- Technical Officer: Master’s in Physiotherapy (Orthopedics/Occupational Therapy) with 5 years experience in Medical Devices Product Development or Bachelor’s with 8 years experience.
- Assistant Registrar: Master’s degree with at least 55% marks and 8 years supervisory experience in administration, finance, accounts, or academic management.
- Assistant Executive Engineer (Electrical): M.E/M.Tech with 5 years experience or B.E/B.Tech with 8 years experience in Electrical Engineering.
Group B:
- Junior Engineer (Civil, Electrical, HVAC): Bachelor’s degree with 2 years experience or 3-year diploma with 5 years experience.
Group C:
- Junior Assistant: Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Science/Humanities/Commerce with computer proficiency.
4. Experience Requirements:
- Only relevant experience after the minimum qualifying degree will be considered. Experience must be documented with certificates specifying duties, duration, organization, and salary breakup.
Salary & Pay Scale
- Deputy Registrar / Senior Technical Officer: Pay Level 12
- Executive Engineer / HVAC Officer: Pay Level 11
- Technical Officer / Assistant Registrar / Assistant Executive Engineer: Pay Level 10
- Junior Engineer: Pay Level 6
- Junior Assistant: Pay Level 3
All pay scales are according to the 7th CPC (Central Pay Commission) norms, including basic pay, allowances, and benefits as per government regulations.
