Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have a degree in relevant disciplines from an AICTE/UGC-approved institute or recognized university.
- Accepted disciplines include Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics & Telecommunications, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Quantum Technology, VLSI Design, Cyber Security, Data Science, and more.
- Candidates in the final semester who are expected to complete their course before joining can also apply. Joining will be permitted only after successful completion of the degree.
- CGPA/DGPA/OGPA holders must provide percentage equivalence along with degree certificates.
Experience
- Candidates must possess relevant post-qualification experience if specified for the post.
- Academic or research-related internships, projects, or teaching experience may not be counted unless explicitly mentioned.
- Experience certificates from previous employers must include designation, period of employment, and salary details.
Age Limit

Salary & Pay Scale
The remuneration for candidates selected under the C-DAC Hyderabad JIT-XI contractual recruitment 2025 will be offered as a consolidated salary (CTC basis) in line with C-DAC norms. The exact pay depends on the post, qualification, and years of relevant experience.
1. Project Engineer / Project Associate
- Annual CTC: ₹4.49 Lakhs – ₹8.07 Lakhs
- Pay varies depending on post-qualification experience and skillset.
- Higher salary may be offered to candidates with additional years of experience or specialized expertise.
2. Senior Project Engineer / Project Manager
- Annual CTC: Up to ₹22.90 Lakhs
- Offered to candidates in senior roles with significant experience in handling large-scale IT/Research projects.
- Managerial responsibilities and project leadership attract higher pay within this band.
Selection Process
The selection process will be conducted in multiple stages:
