The vacancies are distributed across six regional offices under the Deputy Directors of Land Records in Pune, Konkan, Nashik, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Amravati, and Nagpur. The total number of posts includes seats reserved for various categories such as SC, ST, OBC, SEBC, EWS, PwD, Ex-Servicemen, Orphans, and Women as per Maharashtra Government reservation policy.

Pay Scale and Service Conditions

Selected candidates will be appointed under Pay Level S-6 (₹19,900 – ₹63,200) as per the 7th Pay Commission.
Additional allowances such as Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), medical benefits, and other perks will be applicable as per government rules.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidates must fulfill the following qualifications:

1. Diploma in Civil Engineering from a Government-recognized Engineering College or Institute.
   OR
   Passed Final Examination in Surveying conducted by a recognized Industrial Training Institute (ITI).
2. Marathi Typewriting: Minimum speed of 30 words per minute with a valid Government Commercial Certificate or Computer Typing Certificate.

Note:

• Candidates who do not possess the Marathi Typewriting qualification at the time of appointment must obtain it within two years from the date of joining.
• Failure to do so may result in disqualification or termination from service.

Selection Process

The selection will be based on an Online Computer-Based Test (CBT) followed by document verification.

• Type of Exam: Objective (Multiple Choice Questions)
• Medium: Marathi and English
• Duration: As per the pattern defined in the official notification

2. Document Verification

Shortlisted candidates based on CBT scores will be called for document verification at their respective regional offices. All certificates regarding educational qualification, caste, age, disability, and other claims must be produced in original.
