The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has released a comprehensive recruitment notification for the year 2025 inviting online applications for 321 vacancies across several government departments and public sector organizations under the Kalyana Karnataka region quota. The participating institutions include the Bangalore Development Authority (BDA), Karnataka Soaps and Detergents Limited (KSDL), Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS), Kalyana Karnataka Road Transport Corporation (KKRTC), and the Department of Technical Education. This recruitment aims to fill multiple posts such as First Division Assistants, Second Division Assistants, Assistant Accountants, Administrative Assistants, Junior Officers, Operators, Programmers, and other support staff. Eligible candidates must apply online within the stipulated dates and appear for a competitive offline OMR-based examination conducted by KEA.

Note: Candidates selected as Assistant Accountants and Administrative Assistants in KKRTC will undergo one year of training with a stipend of ₹14,000 per month, after which they will receive the full pay scale.

Additional Relaxations:

Candidates applying for multiple posts under the same syllabus must pay an additional ₹10 per extra post.

Pension and Service Terms

All posts under this recruitment are covered under the New Pension Scheme (Non-Pensionable) policy.

Selection Process

The selection process consists of the following stages:

  1. Offline OMR-Based Competitive Examination
    Conducted at multiple centers across Karnataka including Bengaluru, Mysuru, Davanagere, Dakshina Kannada, Shivamogga, Belagavi, Dharwad, Ballari, Koppal, Vijayapura, Tumakuru, and Kalaburagi.
  2. Compulsory Kannada Language Test
    • Candidates who studied Kannada as a first or second language in SSLC are exempted.
    • Others must pass a 150-mark Kannada language test (SSLC-level) with minimum 50 marks.
    • The Kannada paper is qualifying only and will not count toward merit ranking.
  3. Document Verification
    Candidates shortlisted after the written test must produce original documents. Any false information or discrepancies will result in disqualification.

Exam Centers

The examination will be held in the following districts (subject to change for administrative reasons):
Bengaluru, Mysuru, Davanagere, Dakshina Kannada, Shivamogga, Belagavi, Dharwad, Ballari, Koppal, Vijayapura, Tumakuru, and Kalaburagi.

Candidates must bring:

  • A printed Admit Card (to be downloaded from KEA website), and
  • One valid Photo ID (Aadhaar, Voter ID, PAN, Driving License, Passport, or Government Employee ID).
    Entry will not be allowed without these documents.

  8. Take a printout of the submitted application and payment receipt for reference.

Important: No corrections or modifications will be allowed after submission. Providing false information will lead to immediate disqualification and legal action.
