Pay Scale and Compensation
POWERGRID offers one of the most competitive salary structures among public sector enterprises in India. Selected candidates will join as Engineer Trainees and will undergo a structured one-year training program.
During Training

After Successful Training
Upon successful completion of the training period, candidates will be designated as Engineers and placed in the higher scale:

Selection Process
