Eligibility Criteria

Pay Scale and Compensation

During Training

  • Pay Scale: ₹50,000 – 3% – ₹1,60,000 (IDA)

After Successful Training

Upon successful completion of the training period, candidates will be designated as Engineers and placed in the higher scale:

  • Pay Scale: ₹60,000 – 3% – ₹1,80,000 (IDA)

The approximate Cost to Company (CTC) at the beginning of the scale is ₹17.5 lakhs per annum, inclusive of allowances, perks, and performance-related pay.
