Eligibility Criteria (as on 01.10.2025)
1. Educational Qualification
For all positions, the mandatory educational qualification is one of the following:
- Graduation in any discipline AND a Post Graduate Degree/Diploma with specialization in Finance or its equivalent.
- A professional qualification such as CA, CMA, CS, or CFA.
All qualifications must be from a Government of India honored University/ Institute.
2. Age Limit & Relaxation
The age limit for different posts varies. The maximum age is for General category candidates.

3. Work Experience
Relevant post-qualification work experience in the banking or financial sector is mandatory.

Application Fee
- General, EWS & OBC candidates: ₹850/- (including GST) + Payment Gateway Charges.
- SC, ST, PWD, Women & ESM candidates: ₹175/- (including GST) + Payment Gateway Charges.
The application fee cannot be refunded and should be paid online at the time of submitting the application.
Pay Scale
The named campaigners will be placed in the following pay scales:
- MMG/S-II: ₹68,820 – ₹93,960 (5 increments)
- MMG/S-III: ₹85,920 – ₹1,05,280 (6 increments)
- SMG/S-IV: ₹1,02,300 – ₹1,20,940 (4 increments)
In addition to the basic pay, officers are entitled to allowances, perquisites, and benefits as per the industry-wide bipartite settlement and the bank’s policies. The total emolument will be attractive and commensurate with the grade.
Selection Process
The selection of campaigners will be amulti-stage process:
- Online Examination: The tentative structure of the online test is as follows:
- Test 1 (Qualifying): Reasoning (25 Q), English Language (25 Q), Quantitative Aptitude (25 Q). Total Duration: 75 minutes.
- Test 2 (For Merit): Professional Knowledge (75 Q). Total Duration: 75 minutes.
- The test will be bilingual (except English section). There will be no negative marking.
- Psychometric Test / Group Discussion (GD) / Interview: Candidates shortlisted from the online test will be called for further stages, which may include a Psychometric Test, GD, and/or Personal Interview (PI).
- Minimum Qualifying Marks:
- Online Test (Each Section): 40% for General/EWS, 35% for SC/ST/OBC/PwD.
- GD/Interview: 60% for General/EWS, 55% for SC/ST/OBC/PwD.
The final selection will be based on the candidate’s performance in the online test and GD/Interview, subject to qualifying in each stage.
Service Bond and Probation
- Probation Period: Selected candidates will be on probation for a period of 12 months.
- Service Bond: Candidates will be required to execute a service bond to serve the bank for a minimum period of three years. A breach of this bond may require the candidate to pay an amount of ₹5.00 Lakhs to the bank.
