Vacancy Details

A total of 46 vacancies have been announced across four specializations of Medical Technologist Grade III.

Pay Scale

Selected candidates will receive a basic pay of ₹28,900/- per month at Level 9 along with other admissible allowances as per West Bengal government norms.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Applicants must fulfill one of the following criteria:

1. Passed Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, along with a two-year Diploma in the concerned Medical Technology subject recognized by the State Medical Faculty of West Bengal or affiliated institutions.
   OR
2. Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology in the respective subject from any recognized university/institution under the Government of West Bengal.

Age Limit (as on 01 January 2025)

• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Maximum Age: 39 years

Age Relaxation:

• SC/ST: 5 years
• OBC (A & B): 3 years
• PWD: 6 years

Candidates claiming age relaxation must provide valid proof as per government norms.

Selection Process

The selection will be based on academic qualifications, experience, and interview marks.
