Eligibility Criteria
1. Nationality
Candidates must be:
- A citizen of India, or
- A subject of Nepal or Bhutan, or
- A Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1 January 1962, or
- An individual of Indian origin who migrated from certain countries with the intention of permanently settling in India, as per Government of India rules.
2. Educational Qualification
Varies by post:
- Deputy Manager (Finance & Accounts): Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance with relevant experience.
- Library & Information Assistant: Bachelor’s Degree in Library Science or Information Science.
- Junior Translation Officer: Master’s Degree in Hindi or English with translation proficiency.
- Accountant: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with computer knowledge.
- Stenographer: 12th pass with shorthand and computer typing proficiency.
3. Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 28–30 years (depending on post)
- Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years (additional relaxation applicable for reserved categories)
Selection Process
The selection process will include:
- All India Competitive Examination (Online Test)
- Skill Test / Typing Test / Interview (as applicable)

Reservation for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD)
PwBD candidates will be eligible for reservation under the following categories:
- Blindness and low vision
- Deaf and hard of hearing
- Locomotor disability including cerebral palsy, dwarfism, acid attack victims, etc.
- Autism spectrum disorder and mental illness
Valid disability certificates issued under Government norms must be submitted during verification.
