Educational Qualifications
Director / Dean
- Ph.D. in Agricultural Science/Horticulture/Home Science/Agricultural Engineering/Fisheries/Veterinary Sciences or related basic sciences.
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in teaching/research/extension education with at least 5 years as Professor.
- Outstanding contributions evidenced by publications, technology development, or research innovations.
Professor / Chairman
- Doctoral degree in the relevant field.
- 10 years’ experience in teaching/research/extension, with 2 years as Associate Professor or equivalent.
- Evidence of quality publications and contributions to research or education.
- Administrative and leadership experience preferred.
Associate Professor
- Ph.D. in relevant subject including basic sciences.
- 8 years’ experience in teaching/research/extension as Scientist/Lecturer/Extension Specialist.
- Proven contribution through research publications and educational innovations.
Assistant Professor
- Master’s degree in relevant subject with at least 55% marks.
- Must have cleared NET (ICAR/ASRB/UGC/CSIR) or hold a Ph.D. with research publications.
- Desirable: Teaching or research experience, and knowledge of ICT, AI, and modern educational tools.
Age Limit
- Maximum Age Limit for Assistant Professor: 40 Years
- Maximum Age Limit for Associate Professor: 50 Years
- Maximum Age Limit for Professor: Below 55 Years
