Salary Notes
During probation:
- Only basic minimum pay is given
- No DA, HRA, increments, or allowances
- Only medical reimbursement and travel allowance allowed
- If basic pay is lower than Punjab minimum wages, then minimum wages will be paid
- Existing employees may receive pay protection
Probation Period
- Probation period for all posts: Three years
- During this period, only minimum pay applies; allowances are restricted
