Telecommunications Consultants India Limited (TCIL), a prestigious Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Communications, has officially released its Recruitment Notification dated 18 November 2025 for hiring skilled manpower on a contract basis for TCIL’s ongoing and upcoming projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

TCIL is a globally recognized organization certified with CMMI Level 5, ISO 9001:2015, 27001:2022, 14001:2015, 45001:2018 and various other international standards. Since establishing its presence in KSA in 1986, TCIL has been a key contributor to Saudi Arabia’s telecom infrastructure, including duct networks, underground cabling, fiber deployment, wireless solutions, and civil telecom structures.

To meet the expanding work requirements, TCIL KSA is inviting applications from dedicated, experienced, and technically strong professionals for 150 contractual posts across multiple telecom and civil engineering categories.

Pay Scale (Summary Table)

Additional Facilities Provided by TCIL KSA

All selected candidates will receive:

1. Free shared accommodation in furnished TCIL camp
2. Free daily transport between accommodation and work site
3. Free medical insurance as per Saudi Arabian regulations
4. 30 days paid annual leave every year
5. Air ticket for initial travel after visa stamping
6. Return air ticket every 2 years after completion of service period

Selection Process (Step-by-Step)

Step 1: Shortlisting of Applications

Applications received will be screened based on experience, skills, and eligibility.

Step 2: Online Interview

Shortlisted candidates will attend an online interview through:

• WhatsApp
• Video Call (VC)

Step 3: Submission of Refundable Security Deposit

Selected candidates must deposit:

• ₹50,000 (Refundable Security Deposit)
• Purpose: Confirmation of interest and initiation of visa procedures

Step 4: Police Clearance Certificate (PCC)

Candidate must obtain a valid PCC in India.

Step 5: GAMCA Medical Test

Candidate must undergo medical screening at an authorized GAMCA centre.

Step 6: Visa Stamping

TCIL KSA will provide a MOOFA number, after which candidates must submit their passport for visa stamping.

Step 7: Travel to KSA

Upon visa stamping, TCIL KSA will issue an air ticket for the candidate’s deployment.

Bond Requirement

• Selected candidates must sign a Bond of ₹3,50,000
• Validity: 2 years
• If the candidate resigns before completing the bond period, full bond amount becomes payable
