Pay Scale & Remuneration
- Consolidated Salary: Rs. 20,000 per month

Eligibility Criteria
A. B. Sc. Nurses (Integrated BPCCHN)
Essential Qualifications:
- Passed BPCCHN integrated course in B. Sc. Nursing (2021 or later) from a WBNC-recognized institute
- Registration/provisional certificate from West Bengal Nursing Council (WBNC)
- Proficiency in Bengali/local dialect
Desirable:
- Competency in MS Office and Internet
Selection:
- Merit list based on Written Test (85%) + Interview (15%)
- Panel validity: 1 year from approval
B. GNM / Post Basic B.Sc / B.Sc. Nursing (Before 2021)
Essential Qualifications:
- Passed GNM / Post Basic B.Sc / B.Sc. Nursing before 2021
- Registration certificate from WBNC
- Proficiency in Bengali/local dialect
Desirable:
- Competency in MS Office and Internet
Selection:
- Merit list based on Written Test (85%) + Interview (15%)
- Training stipend: Rs. 10,000 per month
- Service bond: Rs. 2 lakh if the candidate does not serve post-training
C. BAMS Doctors
Essential Qualifications:
- Passed BAMS from a recognized institute/university
- Registration/provisional certificate from West Bengal Ayurved Council (Paschim Banga Ayurved Parisad)
- Proficiency in Bengali/local dialect
Desirable:
- Competency in MS Office and Internet
Selection:
- Merit list based on Academic Result (85%) + Interview (15%)
- Training stipend: Rs. 10,000 per month
- Service bond: Rs. 2 lakh if bond is not completed
Selection Process
The recruitment process consists of:
- Written Test / Academic Merit (85%) – Primary basis for shortlisting
- Interview (15%) – Conducted by selection committee
- Counselling and Posting – Selected candidates assigned to SC-Suswasthya Kendras based on merit and preference
- Document Verification – Original certificates required at verification
