Mode of Selection
The selection of candidates will be carried out through a structured process to ensure fairness and merit:
- Written Test / Skill Assessment (if applicable) – Evaluates technical knowledge and professional aptitude.
- Personal Interview – Assess communication skills, problem-solving ability, leadership qualities, and overall suitability for the role.
- Demonstration / Practical Test – Certain posts (like Clinical Embryologist, Perfusionist, OT Technician) may require practical demonstration to assess hands-on competence.
Weightage for final selection (for posts where applicable):

- Interview: 20%
- Practical / Presentation: 10%
