6. Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility is a combination of Educational Qualification and Post-Qualification Work Experience.
A. Educational Qualification:
- IT Roles: B.Tech/B.E. in CS/IT/Electronics, MCA, or M.Sc. (Computer Science) from a recognized university.
- Non-IT Roles: Varies by post. Includes:
- CA: Chartered Accountant (ICAI)
- CMA: Cost and Management Accountant
- Law: LL.B. ( enrolled with Bar Council)
- Finance: MBA/PGDM in Finance, CFA, CA
- General: Graduation/Post-Graduation in relevant field (e.g., Media/PR)
- Many posts require a minimum of 60% (55% for SC/ST/OBC) marks in the qualifying degree.
B. Work Experience:
- Scale-II: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Scale-III: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Scale-IV: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
- Scale-V: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
