5. Salary & Pay Scale

6. Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility is a combination of Educational Qualification and Post-Qualification Work Experience.

A. Educational Qualification:

  • IT Roles: B.Tech/B.E. in CS/IT/Electronics, MCA, or M.Sc. (Computer Science) from a recognized university.
  • Non-IT Roles: Varies by post. Includes:
    • CA: Chartered Accountant (ICAI)
    • CMA: Cost and Management Accountant
    • Law: LL.B. ( enrolled with Bar Council)
    • Finance: MBA/PGDM in Finance, CFA, CA
    • General: Graduation/Post-Graduation in relevant field (e.g., Media/PR)
  • Many posts require a minimum of 60% (55% for SC/ST/OBC) marks in the qualifying degree.

B. Work Experience:

  • Scale-II: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Scale-III: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Scale-IV: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Scale-V: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Scale-VI: Minimum 12 years of relevant experience.
  • Preferred Experience: Candidates from Scheduled Commercial Banks (Public/Private), Financial Institutions, or Reputed IT Companies are preferred.

C. Age: Must fall within the prescribed age limit for the scale (including relaxation).
