Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification & Work Experience
- Central Administrator (Women Reserved)
- Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Law, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or Social Sciences.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in projects/programs related to women’s issues (government or NGO).
- Preference: Candidates with 1 year of experience as a counselor in women-focused projects and local candidates will be preferred.
- Case Worker (Women Reserved)
- Qualification: Graduate in Law, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or Social Sciences.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in women-related projects or programs.
- Preference: Local candidates will be given preference.
- Para Legal Personnel / Lawyer
- Qualification: Graduate in Law, trained in women-related legal issues.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years at the district level in projects/programs or 2 years of court litigation experience.
- Para Medical Personnel (Women Reserved)
- Qualification: Professional degree/diploma in Paramedics.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in district-level health projects/programs.
- Psycho-Social Counsellor (Women Reserved)
- Qualification: Graduate in Psychology or Neuroscience.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in women-focused government or NGO projects.
- Office Assistant with Computer Knowledge
- Qualification: Graduate with computer/IT diploma.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in documentation, data management, web-based reporting, and video conferencing at state or district level.
- Preference: Candidates with experience in government/NGO/IT institutions.
- Multi-purpose Staff / Cook
- Qualification: Literate (Matriculation or equivalent).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in district or state-level work in government or reputable NGO health projects.
- Preference: Retired army or ex-servicemen candidates may be given preference.
- Security Guard / Night Guard
- Qualification: Literate (Matriculation or equivalent).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience at district or state-level in security services.
Age Limit
- Unreserved Male: Maximum 37 years
- Unreserved Female: Maximum 40 years
- BC/EBC (Male/Female): Maximum 40 years
- SC/ST (Male/Female): Maximum 42 years

Reservation Policy
- Reservation rules as per Bihar Government policy will be applicable.
- Candidates claiming reservation must provide valid certificates issued by competent authorities.
- For women candidates, caste/creamy-layer certificates should be issued in the name of the father, not the husband.
- EWS candidates must submit valid income and asset certificate.
Important Points Regarding Reservation:
- Failure to provide valid certificate will result in applicants being considered under the Unreserved (General) category.
- Reservation claims cannot be changed after submission.
- Certificates must be valid at the time of online application.
Salary and Benefits
The positions are contractual, with monthly remuneration depending on the post:
- Central Administrator / Para Legal Personnel / Para Medical Personnel / Psycho-Social Counsellor / Office Assistant: Rs. 15,000 – 25,000 per month (depending on post and experience)
- Multi-purpose Staff / Cook / Security Guard: Rs. 7,000 – 12,000 per month

Key Responsibilities of Selected Candidates
- Central Administrator: Manage One-Stop Centre operations, oversee case management, liaise with law enforcement, and report to the district administration.
- Case Worker: Assist women seeking help, document cases, coordinate with counselors and legal aid services.
- Para Legal Personnel / Lawyer: Provide legal advice, represent women in court proceedings, prepare case documentation.
- Para Medical Personnel: Provide first aid, health check-ups, coordinate with hospitals for medical support.
- Psycho-Social Counsellor: Conduct counseling sessions, provide emotional support, follow up with beneficiaries.
- Office Assistant: Maintain records, assist in reporting, handle data entry, manage computer-based tasks.
- Multi-purpose Staff / Cook: Support day-to-day operations, assist in kitchen and housekeeping tasks.
- Security Guard / Night Guard: Ensure the safety of the centre, monitor security systems, prevent unauthorized access.
