- External Candidates: B.Tech/B.E. in Printing Technology, Printing Engineering, or an equivalent branch approved by AICTE for non-teaching posts. Minimum aggregate marks: 60% (55% for SC/ST). Minimum two years of post-qualification experience in a reputed printing industry, preferably in security printing organizations.
- Internal Candidates (BRBNMPL): B.Tech/B.E. in Printing Technology or equivalent branch, with a minimum of two years of service in BRBNMPL OR Diploma in Printing from a recognized Institute/University with at least ten years of service in the Company.
Deputy Manager – Electrical Engineering
- External Candidates: B.Tech/B.E./AMIE in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or Power Engineering OR equivalent branch approved by AICTE. Minimum 60% marks in aggregate (55% for SC/ST). Minimum two years of experience in a reputed manufacturing industry or PSU, preferably involving HT/LT switchgear, substation maintenance, PLCs, and SCADA software monitoring.
- Internal Candidates (BRBNMPL): B.Tech/B.E./AMIE in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics/Power Engineering OR equivalent branch approved by AICTE with minimum two years of service in the company OR Diploma in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics with ten years of service in the company.
Deputy Manager – Computer Science Engineering
- External Candidates: B.Tech/B.E./AMIE in Computer Science Engineering OR equivalent branch approved by AICTE. Minimum 60% marks in aggregate (55% for SC/ST). Minimum two years of experience in software development, maintenance, or upgrade in a CMMI Level-5 organization.
- Internal Candidates (BRBNMPL): B.Tech/B.E./AMIE in Computer Science Engineering OR equivalent AICTE-approved branch with two years of service OR Diploma in Computer Science Engineering with ten years of service in the company.
Process Assistant Grade-I (Trainee)
- Educational Qualification: Candidates should meet the minimum educational standards as specified in the detailed advertisement, generally including a degree or diploma in relevant technical or non-technical areas.
- Additional Reservation: Two positions are reserved for PwBD candidates (OH/HI).
Experience Requirements
