Contract Terms
- Contract Duration: 3 years initially
- Extension: May be extended for up to 3 more years (two years at a time)
- Employment Basis: Purely contractual
- Termination Clause: C-DAC may terminate contract anytime with 45 days’ notice or salary in lieu.
