The Government of Chhattisgarh has always been proactive in ensuring the welfare and empowerment of women and children in the state. - Direct Financial Assistance: ₹20,000 is provided to each eligible daughter, covering the first two daughters of registered construction workers.
- Age Limit for Beneficiaries: Eligible girls must be at least 18 years old and not older than 21 years at the time of application.
- Educational Qualification: The girl must have passed at least class 10 from a recognized school.
- Bank Account Requirement: The incentive amount is transferred directly to the beneficiary’s bank account, ensuring transparency.
- Employment Background: The parents must be registered construction workers for at least one year and have worked a minimum of 90 days in the previous year.
- Exclusion Clause: Beneficiaries who have previously received assistance under Minimata Kanya Vivah Yojana or Rajmata Vijayaraje Kanya Vivah Assistance Yojana are not eligible.
- Self-Declaration Form: Required for verification that the beneficiary’s parents are registered construction workers.

Eligibility Criteria
To avail the benefits of the Mukhyamantri Noni Sashaktikaran Sahayata Yojana, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- The applicant must be a daughter of a registered construction worker in Chhattisgarh.
- Only the first two daughters of a registered construction worker are eligible.
- The daughter should be unmarried.
- Age of the daughter must be between 18 to 21 years.
- Educational qualification: Must have passed class 10 from a recognized school.
- The daughter must have an active bank account.
- Parents must have worked as construction workers for at least 90 days in the year preceding the application.
- Girls who have already availed similar assistance under Minimata Kanya Vivah Yojana or Rajmata Vijayaraje Kanya Vivah Assistance Yojana are not eligible.
Reservation Policy
The scheme primarily targets economically weaker sections of society, particularly construction workers, irrespective of caste or religion. Only the first two daughters per eligible family can receive the incentive, ensuring a fair distribution among families of laborers.

- Payment Method: Incentive amount is directly transferred to the bank account of the beneficiary to maintain transparency and prevent misuse.

The application process is conducted online through the official Chhattisgarh Labor Department portal. Here’s a step-by-step guide:

- Select Application Option: Click on “Apply Now” under the Building and Other Construction Workers section.
- Provide Initial Details: Enter your district and labor registration number, then click on “Check Details”.
- Select the Scheme Name: Choose Mukhyamantri Noni Sashaktikaran Sahayata Yojana from the list.
- Fill Online Form: Provide all required personal and educational details of the daughter.
- Upload Documents: Upload the following mandatory documents:
- Labor registration card of parent(s)
- Daughter’s Aadhaar card
- Daughter’s bank passbook photocopy
- Age certificate of the daughter
- Class 10th marksheet
- Submit Application: Review all information carefully and click “Submit”.

Renewal Policy
The scheme provides one-time assistance; hence, there is no formal renewal process. However, applications must be submitted within the specified age range and eligibility criteria to avoid rejection.
Withdrawal Policy
The government retains the right to withdraw the incentive at any stage if:
- The applicant is found to have provided false information.
- The beneficiary does not meet the eligibility criteria (e.g., age, educational qualification, parent’s labor registration status).
- Duplicate applications or misuse of the scheme is detected.
