This scheme supports school-going SC/ST/OBC students studying in Delhi-recognised institutions by reimbursing tuition and compulsory school fees.

Eligibility Criteria

  • The student must belong to SC/ST/OBC category.
  • Annual family income must be less than ₹3,00,000.
  • Student must be enrolled in a school recognized by GNCT Delhi, MCD, NDMC, Cantonment Board, or any approved public school.
  • Must have scored at least 50% marks and maintained 70% attendance in the previous academic year.
  • Repeaters in the same class are not eligible.
  • Aadhaar-linked bank account in student’s name (joint account with guardian allowed).

Benefits

  • A one-time cash award of ₹25,000 to toppers in each university course.

Eligibility

  • Must belong to SC/ST/OBC category.
  • Must have completed Degree-level education in a recognized Delhi University.
  • Student must have passed Class 10 and Class 12 from Delhi.
  • Award is given only once.

There is no income limit since this is a merit-based award.

4. Mukhyamantri Vidyarthi Pratibha Yojana (Class 9 to 12)

This scholarship provides financial assistance to eligible SC/ST/OBC students pursuing schooling in Delhi.
