Eligibility Criteria

Salary and Allowances

The salary for Senior Residents will be as per 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC) guidelines and the Residency Scheme of the Government of India, which typically includes:

• Pay Level: Level 11 (Pay Matrix ₹67,700/- + applicable allowances)
• Allowances: Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Non-Practicing Allowance (NPA), and other admissible benefits as per hospital rules.
• Note: The final remuneration may vary based on government orders or institutional regulations.

Selection Process

The selection of candidates will be purely based on performance in the interview and academic credentials. The marking criteria are as follows:

Important Instructions

1. The number of posts may increase or decrease at the discretion of the hospital administration.

3. The contract period for Senior Residents will be one year only.
4. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
5. Candidates in government service must produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of interview.

7. No private practice is allowed during the period of residency.
8. Inter-hospital or inter-institutional transfer is not permitted during the contract period.
