- Permanent resident of West Bengal

4. Eligibility & General Instructions
- Candidates must be permanent residents of West Bengal.
- Knowledge of the local language is mandatory.
- Only online applications will be considered; incomplete forms will be rejected.
- Uploaded photograph and signature must be clear and recent.
