- For Engineering Posts (Civil/Environment):
- Senior Environmental Engineer: Master’s Degree in Engineering + 10 years of experience in pollution control.
- Environmental Engineer: Bachelor’s Degree + 8 years exp. OR Master’s Degree + 6 years exp.
- Assistant Environmental Engineer: Degree in Engineering + 2 years exp. OR Master’s Degree.
- For Scientific Posts:
- Senior Scientist L-I: Master’s in Science + 8 years of experience.
- Scientist-B: Master’s in Science + 3 years of experience.
- Scientific Assistant: Bachelor’s in Science + experience in lab work.
- Senior Lab Assistant: Analogous post or 8+ years in Level-2.
- For Legal Posts:
- Assistant Law Officer: Bachelor’s Degree in Law + 4 years of legal experience.
- Legal Assistant: Degree in Law from a recognized University.
- For IT Posts:

- The maximum age limit for appointment on deputation to all the posts mentioned above is 56 years.
Pay Scale and Emoluments
Selected candidates will be placed in the pay levels as indicated in the vacancy table, as per the 7th Central Pay Commission. The pay and allowances, along with other deputation terms, will be regulated as per the Department of Personnel & Training’s O.M. No. 6/8/2009-Estt.(Pay II) dated 17.06.2010, and its amendments. In addition to the basic pay, you will be entitled to other allowances and benefits as admissible under the rules to Delhi Government employees.
