Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences (RMLIMS), Somati Nagar, Lucknow, a self-financed institute under the Government of Uttar Pradesh and modeled on AIIMS New Delhi, has announced a recruitment drive for various Non-Academic positions in Group ‘B’ and ‘C’. Eligible Indian citizens can apply online for these posts, which will be filled through a Computer Based Test (CBT) Examination in 2025.

Salary Details
The posts will be offered under Level-7 Pay Band as per the 7th Pay Commission:
- Pay Band: 9300 – 34,800
- Grade Pay: 4600
- Minimum Basic Pay: ₹44,900 per month
- Additional allowances will be provided as admissible.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Candidates must have the required academic qualifications as per the advertised posts in the RMLIMS notification.
- Relevant work experience, if any, must be in accordance with the post applied for.

- Minimum Age Limit: 18 Years

Selection Process
The recruitment will be conducted in two stages:
- Screening Test
- Candidates must qualify in this stage to be eligible for the Main Examination.
- Marks obtained in the Screening Test will not contribute to the final selection.
- Only 10 candidates per post who meet the minimum qualifying marks will be shortlisted for the Main Examination.
- Main Examination
- The final selection will depend solely on marks obtained in the Main Examination.
- Category-wise reservation and merit will be applied during final selection.

- Higher marks in Main section
