CFEES, located at Brig. SK Mazumdar Marg, Timarpur, New Delhi, has issued an official call for online applications from eligible ITI pass-outs. The recruitment drive aims to fill 38 apprenticeship positions across multiple technical trades. These apprenticeships comply with the Apprentices Act, and the candidates selected will undergo one year of full-time training at the organization.

The notice emphasizes that the apprenticeship is strictly for training purposes. This means that even after completing the program successfully, the organization does not guarantee future employment. The focus is purely on skills enhancement and professional development.

Candidates who have completed ITI between the years 2023 and 2025 are eligible. Those who passed before 2023 or have higher qualifications such as Diploma or Graduation are not considered suitable for these posts.

Important Dates

Candidates planning to apply must keep the following date in mind:

  • Notification Date: November 18, 2025
  • Application Start Date: November 18, 2025
  • Last Date to Apply Online: 10 December 2025

Any application sent after the final date will not be accepted. Candidates are advised to complete registration well before the final date to avoid technical delays.

Application Fee

The official notification does not mention any examination fee or application fee.
Therefore:

Candidates can complete the entire application process without paying any charges.

Reservation Rules

  • Candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC, EWS, and PWD categories will receive reservation as per government norms under the Apprentices Act and Apprenticeship Rules.
  • The number of vacancies may be revised later depending on the final assessment of eligible applications.

Eligibility Criteria

This section covers all major eligibility requirements including nationality, education, age, experience restrictions, and other mandatory conditions.

Educational Qualifications

  • The candidate must have completed ITI from an NCVT-recognized institute.
  • The ITI course must be of minimum two years duration, except for COPA which is typically a one-year course.
  • Only those candidates who passed ITI in 2023, 2024, or 2025 can apply.
  • Candidates who passed ITI before 2023 are not eligible.
  • Applicants who hold Diploma or Graduation in any field are not allowed to apply.
  • Only candidates who completed ITI as regular classroom students can apply; private or part-time mode is not accepted.

Age Criteria

The applicant’s age will be checked based on the last date of submitting the form.

  • Minimum Age: 18 years
  • Maximum Age for General Category (UR): 27 years
  • Maximum Age for OBC: 30 years
  • Maximum Age for SC/ST: 32 years
  • Maximum Age for PWD: 37 years

Additional Eligibility Conditions

  • All applicants must register themselves on the NCVT MIS portal before applying.
  • Candidates awaiting their ITI results are not eligible.
  • Candidates who have already undergone any apprenticeship training or are currently undergoing apprenticeship training in any organization cannot apply.
  • Candidates with more than one year of work experience are also ineligible.
  • OBC candidates must ensure that their caste certificate is valid and not expired.

Pay Scale / Stipend

The selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend as per the Government of India’s apprenticeship regulations.

  • Stipend Amount: Rs. 9,600 per month

This amount is fixed and no additional allowances such as transport, accommodation, medical benefits, or incentives will be provided.

The entire training duration is one year, after which a completion certificate will be issued as per government norms.

Selection Process

The selection of candidates will be carried out in two major stages:

Shortlisting Based on ITI Marks

  • All received applications will be screened.
  • Candidates will be shortlisted trade-wise based on their percentage of marks obtained in the ITI examination.
  • No written examination is conducted at this stage.

Screening Test / Interview

  • Shortlisted candidates will be called for a screening test, interview, or both.
  • The date, time, and venue of the screening will be shared through email or SMS.
  • The screening and interview will take place at CFEES, Delhi.

Document Verification

Candidates should carry their original documents along with photocopies for verification.

  2. ITI marksheets and NCVT certificate
  3. Aadhaar card
  4. Caste certificate (if applicable)
  5. Application form printout
  6. Any other document required by the authority

Failure to produce original certificates may lead to cancellation of candidature.

Final Selection

  • Final selection will be based on merit and performance in the interview/screening test.
  • Selected candidates must submit a Police Verification Certificate at the time of joining.

Step 2 – Register as a Candidate

  • Create your profile using a valid email ID and mobile number.
  • Registration on the NCVT MIS portal is mandatory.

Step 3 – Fill the Online Application Form

  • Enter your personal details, communication details, and educational information.
  • Enter ITI marks in percentage format.
    • If marks are in CGPA, convert them into percentage as per institute rules.

Step 4 – Upload Required Documents

Upload scanned copies of all mandatory documents:

  • Photo
  • Signature
  • 10th/12th certificates
  • ITI certificates
  • Aadhaar card
  • Caste certificate (if applicable)

Step 5 – Submit the Application

  • Recheck all entries before final submission.
  • Take a printout of the submitted form.

Step 6 – Keep Checking Email/SMS

All communication regarding interview and shortlisting will be sent through:

  • Registered email
  • Mobile number

Step 7 – Attend Screening & Verification

Bring the application printout and original documents to CFEES, Delhi on the scheduled date.

Important Rules

  • Incomplete or improperly filled applications will be rejected.
  • Offline or postal applications will not be accepted.
