- A B.Ed. or Integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed. degree (separate B.Ed. is not required for the 4-year integrated course candidates).
- A valid CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test) pass certificate is mandatory.
- Subject Clarification: For Social Science, eligible degrees include History, Political Science, Geography, Economics, etc. For Natural Science, it includes Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Botany, Zoology, and other related life sciences.
- For Drawing Teacher (Post Code: 71/25):
- A 5-year Diploma in Drawing/Painting/Sculpture/Graphic Art OR
- A Master’s Degree in Drawing and Painting/Fine Art OR
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Drawing/Painting/Fine Art plus a 2-year full-time Diploma in the same field.
