Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
- Maximum age: 45 years (as on the date of the walk-in interview)
- Age relaxation will be provided as per Government of India norms for OBC, SC, ST, PwD, and other reserved categories.
Educational Qualification
- MBBS degree from a recognized university or institute.
- One year of compulsory rotatory internship is mandatory.
- The candidate must have valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or State Medical Council. Candidates who have applied for registration must produce proof of application at the time of the interview, but final selection will only be confirmed after submission of a valid registration certificate.
Experience
- Experience is not mandatory, but candidates with prior work experience in relevant departments will be given preference.
Pay Scale and Allowances
- Basic Pay: Rs. 56,100 (Level-10)
- Other Allowances: As per ESIC rules and regulations, including applicable DA, HRA (if accommodation is not provided), and other admissible benefits.
- Total Monthly Salary: Approximately Rs. 75,000 – Rs. 90,000 (depending on allowances and posting conditions).
Application Fee
- SC/ST/ESIC Regular Employee/Female/PH Candidates: Exempted (No Fee)
- All Other Categories: Rs. 500/-
- Mode of Payment: Demand Draft in favor of “ESI Fund A/c No. 1” payable at Faridabad.
- Note: The application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Security Deposit
- Selected candidates must deposit Rs. 20,000/- in the form of a Demand Draft in favor of “ESI Fund A/c No. 1” at Faridabad.
- This amount will be refunded after successful completion of the contract and submission of a “No Dues Certificate.”
- If the candidate resigns within six months of joining, the security deposit will be forfeited.
Terms of Contract
- Appointment will be purely contractual for one year, extendable based on performance.
- Services may be terminated at any time without prior notice in the public interest.
- Resignation requires one month’s notice or payment of one month’s salary.
- The Medical Officer is not entitled to claim benefits like pension, gratuity, medical allowance, or promotion.
- Hostel or residential accommodation may be provided subject to availability. If availed, HRA will not be payable.
- Any absence beyond 7 days without prior approval will be considered abandonment of service.
- No private practice is allowed during employment with ESIC.

- Class 10th certificate for proof of date of birth.
- MBBS degree, mark sheets, and attempt certificates.
- Rotatory internship completion certificate.
- Valid NMC/State Medical Council registration certificate.
- Caste certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) in prescribed format (if applicable).
- Disability certificate (for PwD candidates).
- Aadhaar Card or other government-issued ID.
- Two recent passport-size photographs.

Selection Process
- Document Verification: Candidates must report with all original and self-attested copies for verification. Only verified candidates will be allowed to attend the interview.
