Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

Educational Qualification

• MBBS degree from a recognized university or institute.
• One year of compulsory rotatory internship is mandatory.
• The candidate must have valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or State Medical Council. Experience

Pay Scale and Allowances

• Basic Pay: Rs. 56,100 (Level-10)
• Other Allowances: As per ESIC rules and regulations, including applicable DA, HRA (if accommodation is not provided), and other admissible benefits.
• Total Monthly Salary: Approximately Rs. 75,000 – Rs. 90,000 (depending on allowances and posting conditions).

Application Fee

• Mode of Payment: Demand Draft in favor of “ESI Fund A/c No. 1” payable at Faridabad.

Security Deposit

• If the candidate resigns within six months of joining, the security deposit will be forfeited.

Terms of Contract

1. Appointment will be purely contractual for one year, extendable based on performance.
2. Services may be terminated at any time without prior notice in the public interest.
3. Resignation requires one month’s notice or payment of one month’s salary.
4. The Medical Officer is not entitled to claim benefits like pension, gratuity, medical allowance, or promotion.
5. Hostel or residential accommodation may be provided subject to availability. If availed, HRA will not be payable.
6. Any absence beyond 7 days without prior approval will be considered abandonment of service.
7. No private practice is allowed during employment with ESIC.

Selection Process
