Educational Qualifications
The minimum academic/technical/professional qualifications required for each post are as follows:
- ECG Technician: Intermediate + Diploma in ECG Technician course + Registration in APPMB.
- Data Entry Operator: Any Bachelor’s Degree + PG Diploma in Computer Applications (OR) Bachelor’s Degree with Computers.
- Carpenter: ITI Trade Certificate in Carpentry or equivalent.
- Male/Female Nursing Orderly (MNO/FNO): SSC + 3 years’ experience in hospital + First Aid Certificate.
- Nursing Orderly: SSC + 3 years’ experience in hospital + First Aid Certificate.
- Theatre Assistant: SSC + 5 years’ experience as Nursing Orderly.
- Office Attendant / Attender / Book Bearer / Stretcher Bearer / Vehicle Cleaner: SSC or equivalent.
- Dresser: SSC + 3 years’ hospital experience + First Aid Certificate.
- Driver (LMV): SSC + Valid LMV Driving License + 3 years’ driving experience + knowledge of motor mechanism.
- Lab Attendant: SSC + Lab Attendant course OR Intermediate (Vocational) in Lab Attendant.
- Assistant Librarian: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Library & Information Sciences with minimum 50% marks.

Selection Process
The selection will be based on a merit-based ranking system with the following weightage:
- Total Marks: 100
- 75% – Marks obtained in the qualifying examination.
- 10% – Waiting period (1 mark for each completed year after qualification).
- 15% – Contract/Outsourcing/Honorarium service including COVID-19 duty.
Service Weightage:
- Tribal area service: 2.5 marks per 6 months
- Rural area service: 2 marks per 6 months
- Urban area service: 1 mark per 6 months
COVID duty:
- 5 marks per 6 months
- 10 marks per 1 year
- 15 marks per 1.5 years
Weightage is valid only if supported by service certificates issued by competent authorities.
Tenure & Conditions
- Appointment is purely outsourcing basis, initially for 1 year.
- Extension may be given as per government orders.
- The District Selection Committee reserves the right to terminate services with one-month notice.
- Selected candidates must stay at their designated headquarters and follow all service rules.
