Objectives of the Scholarship

Eligibility Criteria
- Citizenship: Indian national.
- Disability: Minimum 40% disability as per the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016.
- Course Level: Studying in Class 11 or higher, including undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and certificate courses.
- Institution: Enrolled in a recognized institution approved by UGC, AICTE, NMC, RCI, etc.
- Family Income: Annual family income not exceeding ₹2.5 lakh.
- Number of Beneficiaries per Family: Maximum of two children with disabilities.
Scholarship Benefits
- Tuition Fee: Reimbursement up to ₹1.5 lakh per annum.
- Maintenance Allowance:
- Hostellers: ₹1,200 per month.
- Day Scholars: ₹550 per month.
- Book Grant: ₹1,000 per annum.
- Disability Allowance: Varies based on the severity of disability.
- Top Class Education Scholarship: For students pursuing education in premier institutions, additional allowances may apply.
