Eligibility Criteria & Experience
1. Registrar / Finance Officer / Controller of Examinations
- Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade).
- At least 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor in Academic Level 11 and above, or with 8 years of service in Academic Level 12 and above, including Associate Professor role, with administrative experience.
OR Comparable experience in research establishments or other higher education institutions.
OR 15 years of administrative experience, of which at least 8 years must be as Deputy Registrar or equivalent.
2. Deputy Registrar
- Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks.
- Nine years of experience as Assistant Professor in Academic Level 10 and above with experience in educational administration.
OR Comparable research/administrative experience in higher education institutions.
OR 5 years of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or equivalent.
3. University Deputy Director of Physical Education
- Ph.D. in Physical Education / Sports / Sports Science.
- Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks.
- Eight years of experience as University Assistant DPES/College DPES.
- Evidence of organizing competitions & coaching camps of minimum two weeks.
- Proven record of producing good performance in teams/athletes at state/national/inter-university level.
- Must pass physical fitness test as per UGC norms.
Alternative Eligibility: Olympic/World Cup/World Championship medal winners with a Postgraduate degree are eligible.
4. Assistant Registrar
- Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks.
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in Establishment/Legal matters in Govt./Semi-Govt./PSUs/Autonomous bodies/Universities/Educational Institutions.
- Good knowledge of university rules, regulations, and administration.
Physical Fitness Test Norms (for Physical Education Post)
For Men (Run/Walk Test):
- Up to 30 years: 1800 meters in 12 minutes
- Up to 40 years: 1500 meters in 12 minutes
- Up to 45 years: 1200 meters in 12 minutes
- Up to 50 years: 800 meters in 12 minutes
For Women (Run/Walk Test):
- Up to 30 years: 1000 meters in 8 minutes
- Up to 40 years: 800 meters in 8 minutes
- Up to 45 years: 600 meters in 8 minutes
- Up to 50 years: 400 meters in 8 minutes
Candidates must produce a medical fitness certificate before undertaking this test.
