Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Candidates must have passed ITI (NCVT approved) in the relevant trade.
• They must also have completed 10th / SSC or equivalent qualification from a recognized board.
• Candidates should possess valid ITI Trade Certificates in their respective trades.
• Those who have already undergone or are currently undergoing apprenticeship training under the Apprenticeship Act, 1961 are not eligible to apply.

Age Limit

• The maximum upper age limit is 30 years as of the closing date of application.
• Age relaxation will be provided to candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PwD categories as per Government of India norms.

Other Conditions

• Applicants must ensure that they have completed their E-KYC on the official apprenticeship portal before applying.

Stipend (Salary Scale)

Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of ₹9,600/- during the one-year apprenticeship training period.
This stipend will be paid as per the rules of the Apprenticeship Act, 1961, and is subject to revision as per Government of India guidelines.

Selection Process

The selection process for MIDHANI ITI Trade Apprentice Recruitment 2025 is based purely on merit. The steps involved in the selection are as follows:

1. Merit-Based Shortlisting

• Candidates will be shortlisted based on the percentage of marks obtained in SSC (10th) and ITI (NCVT) examinations.
• The merit list will be prepared trade-wise, considering both academic and technical performance.

2. Document Verification

• Shortlisted candidates must present original documents for verification.
• Required documents include:
  • SSC / 10th marksheet
  • ITI marksheet and provisional/final certificate
  • Caste certificate (if applicable)
  • Aadhaar card for identity proof
  • Apprenticeship registration form from the official portal

3. Medical Fitness Test

• Final selection will be subject to candidates being declared medically fit by a recognized medical authority.

• The final decision of MIDHANI management regarding selection will be binding and final.

Training Details

• The apprenticeship training will be conducted for a period of one year.
• The training will follow the provisions of the Apprenticeship Act, 1961, and its subsequent amendments.
• The selected apprentices will be trained in MIDHANI’s high-technology facilities under expert supervision, gaining hands-on industrial experience.
• The apprenticeship does not guarantee employment in MIDHANI after completion. However, successful candidates will gain recognized certification and valuable experience to strengthen their future employment prospects.

General Instructions

1. Candidates must register themselves on the Apprenticeship India portal before sending their applications to MIDHANI.
2. Applicants must ensure that their application is complete and accurate in all respects. Incomplete or incorrect applications will be summarily rejected.
3. It is mandatory for candidates to send a hard copy of their online application along with all required enclosures before the last date.
4. The application must include:
   • Printout of registration form from the apprenticeship portal
   • Copies of 10th and ITI marksheets
   • Provisional or final ITI certificate
   • Caste certificate (if applicable)
   • Aadhaar card copy
5. Candidates should ensure that their documents reach MIDHANI on or before 10 December 2025. Applications received after this date will not be considered.
6. The company reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel the number of vacancies depending on organizational requirements.
7. Candidates who do not meet the eligibility criteria will be debarred from the selection process at any stage.
8. No TA/DA will be paid for attending document verification or any other stage of the recruitment process.
