Madhya Pradesh Madhya Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Company Limited (MPMKVVCL), Bhopal — a leading state government enterprise under the Madhya Pradesh Power Management structure — has officially announced its Trade Apprentice Recruitment 2025. The company is inviting online applications from domiciled residents of Madhya Pradesh for a one-year Apprenticeship Training Program under the Apprentices Act, 1961.
This recruitment drive aims to provide skill-based training opportunities to eligible ITI pass-outs in various trades such as Electrician, Electronics Mechanic, Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA), Stenographer (Hindi), and Stenographer (English). These positions are spread across different zones including Bhopal, Gwalior, Vidisha, Raisen, Rajgarh, Narmadapuram, Harda, Sehore, Betul, Guna, Shivpuri, Ashoknagar, Morena, Bhind, Sheopur, and Datia.
Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have passed Class 10 (Matriculation).
- Must hold an ITI certificate in relevant trade from a recognized institute approved by NCVT/SCVT.
2. Domicile Requirement
- Only permanent residents of Madhya Pradesh are eligible to apply.
3. Age Limit (as on 01 January 2025)
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 25 years
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/PWD candidates: 5 years relaxation.
Apprenticeship Duration
The apprenticeship training will be conducted for one year as per the Apprentices Act, 1961 and its subsequent amendments. During this period, candidates will undergo hands-on technical training at the designated offices of MPMKVVCL.
Selection Process
The selection process will be based purely on merit, determined by the percentage of marks obtained in the ITI examination.
Steps of Selection:
- Application Screening: All applications will be verified to ensure eligibility.
- Merit List Preparation: A merit list will be prepared based on ITI marks.
- Tie-breaking Rule: If two candidates have the same marks, the elder candidate (by age) will be given preference.
- Final Selection & Waiting List: Candidates will be selected from the merit list. If any positions remain unfilled, applicants from the waiting list will be given a chance for selection.
Stipend (Monthly Salary)
Selected apprentices will receive a stipend as per the rules of the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India.

No additional allowances or benefits will be provided apart from the prescribed stipend.
Health and Medical Standards
- Final selection will be confirmed only after submission of a Medical Fitness Certificate issued by a District Medical Officer.
- Persons with Disabilities (PWD) must provide a valid disability certificate from an authorized medical board, showing at least 40% disability to claim reservation benefits.
- PWD candidates will not be eligible for hazardous trades such as Electrician and similar roles.

- Upload the required documents, including scanned copies of educational certificates, photograph, and signature.
Step 3: Submission
- Review all details carefully before final submission.
- After submitting the application form, download and print the confirmation page for your reference.
Applications submitted offline or after the due date will not be accepted.
Important Instructions
- Candidates must ensure that all information provided in the application form is correct and verifiable. Any discrepancy may result in disqualification.
- Applications will be accepted only through the official online portal; no other submission method will be considered.
- Each candidate may apply for a maximum of two trades and three offices only.
- The merit list will remain valid for one year from the date of its publication and may be used to fill future vacancies arising during that period.
- Selected candidates will have to execute a training agreement worth ₹2,500. If a candidate leaves training midway, the amount will be forfeited.
- The organization reserves full rights to cancel, postpone, or modify the recruitment process without any prior notice.
- Apprenticeship training does not guarantee permanent employment in MPMKVVCL.
