Pay Scale and Salary
- Pay Scale: E-1 Grade – ₹50,000 – 3% – ₹1,60,000
- CTC: Approx. ₹14.50 lakh per annum
- Additional Benefits: Dearness Allowance, HRA, cafeteria-based perks, and other allowances as per company policy.
After successful completion of one year of training, selected candidates will be placed as Assistant Managers in the same pay scale.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have obtained minimum 60% marks in their qualifying degree.
- Final semester candidates may apply but must produce their final mark sheet at the time of document verification.
- Degrees must be recognized by UGC/AICTE/AIU or other statutory authorities.
Desirable Qualifications
- Systems: Certifications such as CCNA, DevOps, Java, Azure Developer, CEH, etc.
- Operations: PG Diploma in Marketing, Logistics, or International Trade.
- Personnel & Admin: PG Degree/Diploma in HR or IR.
- Law: LL.M. preferred.
- Finance: Knowledge of Company Law, Taxation, or Trade Financing preferred.
Selection Process
The selection will be conducted in multiple stages:
- Computer-Based Test (CBT) – All India level test.
- Qualifying Marks:
- UR/OBC/EWS – 40 percentile
- SC/ST/PwBD – 35 percentile
- Qualifying Marks:
- Group Discussion (GD) – Shortlisted candidates from CBT will be called in a 1:10 ratio.
- Personal Interview – Candidates qualifying in GD will appear in a 1:5 ratio.
- Final Merit List – Based on weighted performance in CBT, GD, and Interview.
Training & Service Bond
- Selected candidates will undergo one-year on-the-job training.
- They must execute a bond of ₹1,00,000 to serve MSTC for a minimum of five years after appointment.
