The Selection Process: How You Will Be Chosen

- For AYUSH Doctors: Merit-based, with 85% weightage on your final BAMS/BHMS marks and 15% on relevant experience.
- For Multi-Purpose Workers: Based on degree marks (75%), a computer test (15%), and experience (10%).
- For WBSAP&CS Posts (e.g., Counsellor, Data Manager): A three-tier process comprising a Written Exam (70 marks), Computer Test (10 marks), and Interview (20 marks).
- For Community Health Officers (Path B & C): Selection for GNM/BAMS candidates is followed by a mandatory 6-month CPCH training with a stipend. A service bond is required.
- For Yoga Instructors: Evaluation based on secondary exam marks, yoga course marks, a practical demonstration, and an interview.
