Programme Manager:
- Graduation + MBA in Healthcare Management/HR OR Masters in Health Administration
- 5 years experience in public health programmes
Finance Manager:
- MBA-Finance/M.Com/ICWA/CA
- 3 years experience in finance management
Consultant (AYUSH HWC):
- Degree in AYUSH stream
- 5 years experience in health sector
Consultant (Procurement):
- Post Graduate with 5 years experience OR PG Diploma in Procurement
- 6-month computer certificate
Consultant (HR):
- MBA(HR)/PGDBM(HR)
- 5 years experience in HR
District Program Manager:
- Graduation + MBA/Masters/PG Diploma in Healthcare Management
- 3 years experience in public health
Data Entry Operator:
- Graduation in Computer/IT OR Graduation with computer diploma
- Typing speed: 30 WPM English
Medical Officer:
- BAMS degree
- Registration with Assam State Council of Indian Medicine
Salary Scale
- Programme Manager: ₹68,750 per month
- Finance Manager: ₹50,000 per month
- All Consultants: ₹50,000 per month
- District Program Manager: ₹40,000 per month
- Data Entry Operator: ₹20,000 per month
- Medical Officer: ₹50,000 per month
All positions include annual enhancement of 5% based on performance
