Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility varies post-wise but follows the general principle of deputation: candidates must already be working in Central/State Government, UTs, Courts, Tribunals, or statutory bodies in the analogous post or in the feeder grade with required experience.

  • Senior Legal Assistant: Law degree + 5 years in Level-6 or 8 years in Level-5.

  • Stenographer (PA): 100 WPM dictation, 50 WPM transcription + 6 years in Level-5 or 10 years in Level-4.
