Scale of Pay

  • Development Therapist (Anuyathra): ₹20,000/- per month

In addition to the monthly remuneration, candidates will receive the benefits and allowances applicable under NHM’s contractual engagement policy from time to time.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Mid Level Service Provider (MLSP)

Educational Qualification:
  • Candidate must possess a B.Sc Nursing degree recognized by the Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council with valid registration.
    OR
  • Candidate must have completed GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) course with valid registration under the Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council.
  • Candidates must have a minimum of one year of post-qualification experience in the healthcare sector, preferably under any recognized hospital, clinic, or government health service.
Age Limit:
  • Maximum 40 years as on 1 October 2025.
Experience Requirement:
  • At least one year of post-qualification experience is mandatory.
  • Experience in community health programs, primary health centers, or hospital settings will be preferred.

2. Development Therapist (Anuyathra)

Educational Qualification:
  • Candidate should possess a Degree in any subject with a Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Child Development (PGDCCD).

  • Candidate must hold a Diploma in Clinical Child Development (DCCD).
  • Desirable Qualification: One-year experience in newborn follow-up clinics or related child development centers will be given preference.

Important Instructions
