Scale of Pay
The salary offered for both posts is attractive, considering the nature of contractual public health positions:
- Mid Level Service Provider (MLSP): ₹20,500/- per month
- Development Therapist (Anuyathra): ₹20,000/- per month
In addition to the monthly remuneration, candidates will receive the benefits and allowances applicable under NHM’s contractual engagement policy from time to time.

Educational Qualification:
- Candidate must possess a B.Sc Nursing degree recognized by the Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council with valid registration.
OR - Candidate must have completed GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) course with valid registration under the Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council.
- Candidates must have a minimum of one year of post-qualification experience in the healthcare sector, preferably under any recognized hospital, clinic, or government health service.
Age Limit:
- Maximum 40 years as on 1 October 2025.
Experience Requirement:
- At least one year of post-qualification experience is mandatory.
- Experience in community health programs, primary health centers, or hospital settings will be preferred.
