NLC India Limited (NLCIL), a Government of India Navratna Company, invites online applications from eligible candidates for Trade and Graduate Apprenticeship Training in its various units. This is your launchpad. We’re inviting the next wave of talent to roll up their sleeves and dive into a world of technical and creative fields. More than just a program, this is a paid, real-world journey designed under the Apprenticeship Act of 1961. You’ll learn the ropes directly from industry pros, gaining practical skills and earning a stipend while you learn. Candidates who have completed 18 years of age as on 01.04.2025 are eligible to apply.

Eligibility Criteria
For Trade Apprenticeship (ITI Passed):
- Candidates must have completed ITI in the relevant trade from NCVT or SCVT.
- Minimum age: 18 years as on 01.04.2025.
- Reservation categories must provide a valid certificate (OBC/SC/ST/EWS/NCL).
For Graduate Apprenticeship:
- Candidates must have a full-time Bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized university.
- Candidates who passed in 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025 are eligible.
- Age requirement: Minimum 18 years as on 01.04.2025.
Pay Scale / Stipend
- Trade Apprenticeship: Rs.10,019 per month
- Graduate Apprenticeship: Rs.12,524 to Rs.15,028 per month, depending on the discipline (partial payment under DBT scheme for some disciplines)
Selection Process
- Shortlisting of eligible candidates based on educational qualification and documents.
- Verification of certificates including degree, mark sheets, ITI certificates, and community certificates.
- Selection is purely on merit and eligibility; no interviews are conducted for trade apprenticeships.
- Graduate apprentices may undergo document verification and academic assessment.

- Fill in the operation form directly with all particular, educational, and contact details.
- Print the filled application form for submission.
- Submit the printed application along with all supporting documents to the designated collection box at the project office before the last date.
- Documents required include educational certificates, proof of date of birth, Aadhaar card, and community certificates (if applicable).
- Document verification will be conducted on specified dates. Selected candidates must report to the training center on the given date.
