Eligibility Criteria
The educational qualification and experience requirements differ for each post as mentioned below.
1. Deputy Manager (Human Resource)
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 60 percent marks from a recognized university.
- MBA or Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, or Labour Welfare.
- Experience in HR or Personnel Management is desirable.
2. Deputy Manager (Finance & Accounts)
- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) with at least 60 percent marks.
- Must have a professional qualification such as CA, ICWA, or MBA (Finance).
- Experience in finance, auditing, and corporate accounting will be an added advantage.
3. Deputy Manager (Contracts & Materials Management)
- Full-time Engineering Degree with 60 percent marks in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a PG Diploma or MBA in Materials Management or Supply Chain Management.
- Experience in tendering, procurement, or inventory management desirable.
4. Deputy Manager (Law)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) with a minimum of 60 percent marks from a recognized university.
- Must be registered with the Bar Council of India.
- Knowledge of company law, contract law, and legal documentation preferred.
5. Junior Hindi Translator
- Master’s Degree in Hindi or English with English or Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject.
- The candidate must have strong skills in translating accurately between English and Hindi in both directions.

Pay Scale and Salary Details
NPCIL offers an attractive pay structure along with various allowances and benefits according to the Central Government pay matrix.
1. Deputy Manager (All Disciplines)
- Basic Pay: ₹56,100/- per month (Pay Matrix Level 10)
- Gross Salary: Approximately ₹85,000 to ₹1,00,000 per month including DA, HRA, and other allowances.
2. Junior Hindi Translator
- Basic Pay: ₹35,400/- per month (Pay Matrix Level 6)
- Gross Salary: Approximately ₹55,000 to ₹65,000 per month including allowances.

Selection Process
The selection procedure for NPCIL Recruitment 2025 will include the following stages:
