Stipend and Salary Structure

1. Training Stipend (During 1-Year Training Period)

• ₹22,700/- per month
• Medical Allowance: ₹200/- per month
• Remote Area Allowance: Additional ₹500/- per month (for postings at BHEP Balimela & UIHEP Mukhiguda)

2. Salary After Regularization

Upon successful completion of training and placement:

• Pay Level: ₹25,500 to ₹81,100
• Initial Basic Pay: ₹25,500/-

Training Details

• Training Duration: 1 year

2. Mechanical Trainee

3. Welder Trainee

• HSC pass
• ITI in Welder Trade

4. Crane Operator Trainee

Any one of the following:

1. 10th Pass + Valid Workman-C License
   • Minimum 5 years experience in operating Electrical Overhead Travelling Crane (100T)

2. ITI in Motor Mechanic/Crane Operator

• Commerce Graduate
