Post-Qualification Experience
- Field Engineers: Minimum 1-year experience in design, engineering, construction, testing & commissioning in rural electrification (RE), Distribution Management System (DMS), Sub-Transmission (ST), Transmission Lines (TLs), or Sub-Stations (S/S). Experience in PSU or listed power sector companies is preferred.
- Field Supervisors: Minimum 1-year experience in construction, testing, commissioning, or operation & maintenance in the same domains. PSU experience preferred.
Salary and Benefits
Field Engineers
- Pay Band: ₹30,000 – 3% – ₹1,20,000
- Initial Basic Pay: ₹30,000
- Perks & Allowances: Industrial DA + HRA + Perks @ 35% of Basic Pay
- Approx. Annual CTC: ₹8.9 lakhs
Field Supervisors
- Pay Band: ₹23,000 – 3% – ₹1,05,000
- Initial Basic Pay: ₹23,000
