Terms and Conditions of Contractual Engagement
- Contractual Basis: These engagements are purely contractual; candidates will have no claim for absorption or regularization in Prasar Bharati.
- Full-time Engagement: Candidates are expected to work full-time and are not permitted to take up other assignments during the engagement period.
- Additional Responsibilities: Candidates may be assigned additional tasks beyond their primary duties.
- Duration & Renewal: The initial engagement period is one year with annual appraisal; renewal depends on organizational requirement and performance review.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the contract with one-month notice or one month’s salary in lieu of notice.
- No Pensionary Benefits: Contractual engagement does not entitle candidates to pension or other long-term benefits.
- Flexibility in Positions: Prasar Bharati reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of positions based on organizational requirements.
- Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates may undergo a test or interview at the discretion of Prasar Bharati. No TA/DA will be provided for attending interviews.
