Eligibility Criteria

1. Nationality

Applicants must be:

  • Indian citizens; or
  • Subjects of Nepal / Bhutan; or
  • Tibetan refugees who arrived in India before 1 January 1962 with intent to settle permanently; or
  • Persons of Indian origin from eligible foreign countries intending permanent residence in India.

Non-citizens must possess a Government of India eligibility certificate.

2. Age Limit (as on 01-11-2025)

  • Minimum: 25 years
  • Maximum: 33 years

Relaxations: SC/ST – 5 yrs; OBC (NCL) – 3 yrs; PwBD – 10 yrs; Ex-Servicemen – 5 yrs.

3. Educational Qualification

  • Essential: Full-time Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university or institution approved by AICTE / UGC.
  • Preferred: MBA (Marketing or Finance) from a recognized university.

4. Work Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in relationship management or credit in MSME banking with a Scheduled Commercial Bank, NBFC, or Financial Institution.

Pay Scale

  • Selected candidates will be appointed on a contractual remuneration structure.
  • The monthly consolidated pay will be ₹50,000 to ₹75,000 per month, depending on qualification, experience, and performance in the selection process.
  • Additional performance-based incentives may be offered to top-performing candidates based on business targets and achievements.

Contract Duration

  • Initial Term: 3 years (subject to annual performance review).
  • Extension: Renewable yearly up to 5 years depending on performance and bank’s requirement.
  • Either party may terminate the contract with one month’s notice or pay in lieu of notice.

Stage 2 – Screening & Interview

  • Short-listed candidates will be called for an interview (round ratio decided by bank).
  • If a written test is held: 70% weightage for written + 30% for interview.
  • If no test is held: Interview will carry 100% weightage.
  • Interviews likely to be conducted at New Delhi; no TA/DA will be paid.

Stage 3 – Final Selection

  • Based on combined performance and document verification.
  • The final list of selected candidates will be released on the bank’s official website.
