Payment Mode: The application fee must be paid via Demand Draft (DD) in favor of Rail Vikas Nigam Limited, payable at New Delhi. Eligibility Criteria

Manager (S&T) – E-2 Level

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics & Communication Engineering with minimum 50% marks from a recognized AICTE-approved university or institute.
  • OR Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering with minimum 50% marks and computer operation knowledge.

Desirable for Diploma Holders: Diploma in Railway Engineering from the Institute of Permanent Way Engineers (India) [IPWE (India)].

Experience Requirements:
Candidates must have relevant experience in Railway / Metro / High-Speed / NCRTC / Rail Infrastructure PSUs or JV companies in the S&T domain. Preference for candidates holding IRSTELO / IRSE certification.

Experience Based on Employment Type:

  • Government Organizations: Minimum 4 years in analogous grade (CDA Level-8 or Level-7 for at least 4 years).
  • CPSEs / Central Government / Metro Companies: Minimum 4 years in analogous grade (E-2 or E-1 for at least 4 years).
  • Private Sector: Degree holders: 8 years; Diploma holders: 10 years. Minimum CTC ₹12 Lakh per annum. Form 26AS required.

Age Limit: Maximum 40 years

Deputy Manager (S&T) – E-1 Level

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics & Communication Engineering with at least 50% marks.
  • OR Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering with minimum 50% marks.

Desirable for Diploma Holders: Diploma in Railway Engineering from IPWE (India).

Experience Requirements:
Candidates must have exposure in Railway / Metro / High-Speed / NCRTC / Rail Infrastructure PSU or JV companies in Signal & Telecommunication. Preference for IRSTELO or IRSE certification.

Age Relaxation:

  • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
  • SC / ST: 5 years
  • PwBD: 10 years
  • RVNL Employees: Age relaxation as per length of service

Salary and Perks

Manager (S&T) – E-2 Level:

  • Pay Scale ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000 (IDA)
  • CTC includes Basic Pay, DA, HRA, Transport Allowance, Medical Benefits, Provident Fund, Gratuity, LTC

Deputy Manager (S&T) – E-1 Level:

  • Pay Scale ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 (IDA)
  • CTC includes similar benefits

General Instructions

  • Service Bond: Selected candidates must serve RVNL for 3 years or pay ₹4,00,000 + GST if leaving early
