Note:

  • Candidates who have already completed the One-Time Registration (OTR) process previously are not required to pay the OTR fee again.
  • The fee can be paid through e-Mitra kiosks, Jan Suvidha centers, or online via debit/credit card or net banking.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must fulfill the prescribed educational and professional qualifications as per the norms of the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).

A. For Sanskrit Subject

  1. Shastri (or equivalent traditional Sanskrit examination) with a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.),
    OR
  2. Shastri with B.Ed. with at least 50% marks,
    OR
  3. Senior Upadhyaya or equivalent with at least 50% marks along with B.El.Ed. / Shastri–Shiksha Shastri / B.A.Ed.,
    AND
  4. Must have passed REET Level-II (2022 or 2025) in the Sanskrit subject.

B. For Hindi, English, Mathematics & Science, and Social Studies Subjects

  1. Graduation with a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.),
    OR
  2. Graduation with at least 45–50% marks and B.Ed.,
    OR
  3. 4-year integrated B.El.Ed. / B.A.Ed. / B.Sc.Ed.,
    OR
  4. Post-Graduation (minimum 55%) with a 3-year integrated B.Ed.–M.Ed.,
    AND
  5. Must have passed REET Level-II (2022 or 2025) in the relevant subject.

Selection Process

The selection process for the Upper Primary School Teacher (Sanskrit Education) Level-II posts will consist of the following stages:

  1. Written Examination: Conducted by the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board.
  2. Document Verification: For candidates who qualify the written exam.
  3. Final Merit List: Based on performance and eligibility.

If the examination is held in multiple sessions, a normalization process will be applied to ensure uniformity in scoring.

  • Probation Period Salary: Fixed remuneration of approximately ₹23,700 per month.
  • Regular Pay (after probation): As per the state government pay scale and allowances.

Examination and Admit Card

  • The written examination will be conducted at designated centers across Rajasthan.
  • The detailed schedule and venue will be announced before the examination.
  • Admit cards will be issued online prior to the exam date. Candidates must download them using their Application ID and credentials.

    • The candidate has accepted or given dowry.
    • The candidate has more than two living children born after 1 June 2002 (except in special circumstances such as multiple births).
